b. If the lamp itself has problem , if convenient for customer to repair ,
we will send detailed instructions with pictures step by step ,
and if necessary send materials for free replacment, and help customer finally repair the lamp .
c. If the lamp itself has problem but difficult for customer to repair , we will send new lamp for free replacement.
